I need help i live in kuwait ,salmiya?

i have a 1 year lhasapoo dog and i live in an apartmant but today i got a notice from the buildings owner that u should nt keep the dog as sme ppl have complained well i know that there were only 3 -4 persons who dnt rely like it and they r muslims the owner has sent a notice so wat should i do i know ever1 in my building loves it only 4 persons have a problem wat should i do he has said that no dogs r allowed in the appartemant my dog is nt like a bull dog or for protection it is a very loving dog and we love it so much its our family now has any1 had this problem in kuwait or any arab country pls tell wat to do .
