Is this Abuse and How do I report It.?

My 63 year old sister has told lies on the family and about the family for my hole life. I am 48 years old now. But in 2005 something happened and her and her son had dumped his wife at a place in South Dakota. And within 6 weeks her sons 3 kids then they were 4,5,and 13 were Taken by South Dakota DHS. They got my nephew for 10 counts of founded abuse and my sister went to jail for 65 days. But the family has NEVER been told why. Just one lie after another. Anyway 3 years ago she called me screaming and yelling her son was abusing her. So I like a fool let her come to Arkansas and she stayed for 5 weeks.But called him everyday 10 or 12 times a day running up our bills. After she got here I was the one she treated like **** and Abused. She ordered me around, I was made to cook for her, clean her dirty laundry, Clean the toilet after she used it, Make her coffee, haul her around while she spent money on all sorts of junk. Told Lies to my husband and my son and his wife. And abused my grandchildren. And had poisoned 2 animals. Now 3 years later she called one night saying it was happening all over again. This time my nephew had abandoned her in Iowa he just up and left her. She was in an apartment without lights, no furniture, no food, noway to get to the doctor, I don't remember what all. Well then in September her son emailed me about If I knew where his mom was. She was missing when they came home from his Girlfriend mothers surgery. Their furniture had been repo'ed their light were shut off, Food had spoiled, And his mother missed her Mental Evaluation. And was noplace to be found. I said yes she was at my house. He said for ME to NOT let her start abusing me like she done him and his fiancee. I asked what he meant. And he said ordering them around. I said to late already started. She treats me like her slave. We told her in October to find a place to move. Again in November, and December. She refuses to go. Then I had Oral surgery and could not even take my perscribed medicine. Because she is talking doing things to my pills, or what would happen if I died. Or If I walked in and she was dead. Or how she is my husbands Companion I am just trash. She get a Disability Check but nothing is Medically wrong except she has a lard *** and is lazy. She sits on her duff all day other than to go out and smoke. Orders my husband and I what to cook and when to go to bed. What we are allowed to watch on Our TV. She over feed my dogs and has them so over weight they can't even climb the stairs to go out to potty. I told her April 1st she is gone she will either go to the Salvation Army to stay until she finds a place or I will call the Police and have her removed. She told my husband last night I attacked her. I never done it I am scared to death of the woman. She told him if we make her move then she will Rport us for Abuse to the Elderly and to the Police for taking her money. Which has not happened.
