Reb Peppers is one of my favorite fruitsor Vegetable depending on who you ask to use with many varied dishes?

They really don't freeze well, sorry - there is no way to make them stay crispy as freezing breaks down the cells that contains the water in their flesh. I've been growing peppers this year in my back yard and, when they're ready, I wil use them to make pasta sauce - and freeze them in that way. Next year, try growing them from seeds - they're really easy!
