Is my raw chicken too old to use?

It's been in my fridge since last Tuesday 6 days or so in a zip-lock bag. I had it in the freezer for a few days before and put it in the fridge to thaw, which takes forever because even my fridge is very cold! It doesn't smell bad, it's still pink/flesh colored as well...would you say it's safe to use?
