What type of adhesive could I use to glue two mesh layers in a shirt?

My Puma Invisibonding shirt has two layers of material (mesh). Rather than stitch them together, Invisibonding welds two pieces of fabric together using a light molecular bond. Well after a lot of use one of the panels has begun to come off. Remember the stuff has to be waterproof for washes.
