Why doesn't nasa react on the allegation regarding the apollo 11 false moon landing?

if you search on fake moon landing, you would get lots of sites stating that the famous moon landing was staged. there are pictures to disprove the actual landing which according to them was impossible to achieve even at the present technology. I quote
