My tonsils are a little red,very little, a little swollen, no while dots though,and a little sore?

okay SO.Im 15, Ive just gotten over being sick. I had very swollen tonsils, they had some small white dots on them, but the doctor never said you have tonsilitis. I got put on some antibiotics because i had bronchitis at the same time, they were going to get rid of both, (I got a strept and mono test they were both negative by the way) these antibiotics got rid of the bronchitis but my tonsils never got smaller, so i go back to the doc, they put me on a second round of antibiotics, the white dots go away, my tonsils are smaller in size, good improvement, but, i was due for this immunization, i got off my second round of antibiotics the day beforei got my shot, day after, my tonsils are sore... is this just my body fighing the virus from my immunziation or what. i know i dont have mono or strept, i got a strept test twice....mono too. sooo should i call the doctor? none of the pain or swelling is severe.. im totally better besides that. advice is greatly appreciated (: thanks
