take it to a reputable shop and let them see what it does after sitting all nite. they should have a GOOD scan tool( not a code reader) and a fuel pressure gauge installed before even attempting to start the engine. turn the key only to the run position, read fuel pressure and look at all live data on the scanner. if the misfires are cyl's 1/4 or 2/5 or 3/6 i would test the coil/s. also pull off the vacuum hose to the fuel pressure regulator and make sure there is no liquid fuel in it. there is a diagram under the hood which will help you locate it. g.m. injectors cause a lot of cyl misfires and ses lites, but not what you describe.
