Would your feet hurt if you kicked something really hard (say a spaceship) in outer space with no gravity?

Yes you would because of Newton's Third Law of Motion. You apply a force when you kick the object, and in doing so the object applies a reaction force on your foot (unless you kick through the object). This force is similar to the normal force an object experiences while on a surface.
