Flight Aptitude Selection Test?

I have recently Joined the United States Army, I'm on whats called DEP( Delayed Entry Program) but my question is abotu the FAST Test and how i can best prepare and do my best on this test when i take it?... any links or internet cites, preperation books would also help, thank you.... Hooah!
