If I have thoughts I know I don't need to have, but still remain...?
In a way thoughts are your problem, but really the problem is just you thinking that things are a problem - including thoughts. You need to byp your thoughts all at once, all of them, the thoughts that thinking is bad, the thoughts about yourself & your actions, the thoughts about your emotional state, everything. It�s all just thoughts, but it is difficult to let them go - and that�s what you need to do, LET THEM GO, not stop them alltogether. It wont happen, haha. Thinking is natural, even people who are very advanced in their understanding think and thoughts pop into their heads. The important thing is just to not let these thoughts get to you, just let em flow by.
