WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU ARE IN NAVY DEP?

I WORK FULL TIME JOB M-F and work on saturday till 2pm. I was wondering what happens when you are in the dep program per the navy? Do you have to attend meetings? What other stuff happens? anyone who is currently in the DEP program please share your experience and advices, thank you.
