Why do people respect Most ESPN NFL ysts?

I mean besides mel kiper Espn ysts are notorious for being wrong all the time about the future. Sure u have ure lovables like ditka and carter, but then u get about 8 trent dilfers, mark schlerith and Emmit frikin smith.........WTF?? Remember when the day to Got released all you heard was that no one in the NFL would touch him but the raiders for the league minimum???? Remember all their predictions for a Colts Ny superbowl or a dallas NE superbowl or better yet, remember when they said flacco and ryan would be bust (especially ryan) Why do people listen to trent dilfer???He was a bum when he played in the league!! and mark schlerith is the biggest denver homer ever!!!! I would start on skip bayless, but thats too easy...ill let you all take that one.... But do u agree or disagree??? And y did they fire salsbury??? He was usually on point!!
