Can someone convert to JUDAISM right before dieing?I mean:if someone has the sincere desire to join a religion

right before death,christians and muslims will be happy to let him do so because they think that the person eventually turned back to God.But being Judaism a more ritualistic religion,wouldn't the rabbis refuse him conversion because he won't be able to perform jewish commandaments?
