Im sad lonely and hiding my real feelings...how can I be set free?

I have moved to australia to be with my cousin and his wife. I love sydney and all its a nice place. I moved from new zealand about a week ago. the apartment is nice and stuff to. I have moved out of my fathers house. my father was very abusive towards me and my family. anyhow taking the risk, I decided to move for a change and a chance at life. my cousin is my fathers neice. but i have somehow fallen into a depression. I dont feel comftable being around negative dull people who are just so controlling and self obsessed. it makes me sad to see my dads side of the family like this. my aunt zosia was very rude to my cousins wife when she first got married to him. she was so rude to her and made her feel like she wasnt even noticed. my cousin is nice but he seems to have a dull side to him, he seems to make me feel uncomfy and just depressed. I feel like I dont maintain a good relationship with him. he says rude things to me and always tells me im wrong and I cant do this or go there bla bla. im 21 years old and I am from NZ. I told him im saving to go to america cuse its a dream for me to visit the usa. then he got mad and said only stupid people waste money there. I was very offended and thought how selfish of someone to say ya know. also hes not really caring he thinks about himself only, just like my dad. it puts me off being around my family on my dads side. alone my relationship with my own father is non existant. everyone back at home says im so lucky too be in australia but I feel like losing hope. I feel really sad being with my cousin. I love his wife she is a lovely person. my heart goes out to you. i am a parent and i find myself yelling at my son way too often. i kick myself for it. we as parents forget that kids need a heck of a lot more positive affirmations than reprimanding. if i were you i'd sit down with one at a time or both of them and ask them what you are doing right, what do they appreciate about you. tell them you need to hear positive things because it seems like all you hear from them is what you are doing wrong and that you realize when you do something wrong and could they please give you the respect to be a adult and deal with your problems without their putting you down for them. also point out how you have always tried to please them and make them happy. truly you are an adult and they need to find a better way of communicating with you. it sounds like they are still treating you like a child who has no understanding. maybe tell them, i'm an adult now, can we talk like mature adults about whatever it is that is bothering you? i think if you keep saying things like this to them, eventually they will start treating you with more respect like the adult that you are.

Like someone else said, colleges are largely populated by people who want to rebel, party and drink. You just have to find places where people care about other things. Go to the school library and check out who hangs out there, join a outdoors club or some type of club that has to do with your interests, check out local coffee shops and see if there are any girls studying there or something. You may still find people that like to party once and a while, but by going to places other than parties, you can find people who care about other things besides drinking. Good luck!

take it to a reputable shop and let them see what it does after sitting all nite. they should have a GOOD scan tool( not a code reader) and a fuel pressure gauge installed before even attempting to start the engine. turn the key only to the run position, read fuel pressure and look at all live data on the scanner. if the misfires are cyl's 1/4 or 2/5 or 3/6 i would test the coil/s. also pull off the vacuum hose to the fuel pressure regulator and make sure there is no liquid fuel in it. there is a diagram under the hood which will help you locate it. g.m. injectors cause a lot of cyl misfires and ses lites, but not what you describe.

I liked "Aldebaran" the best, though it's difficult to choose one over the others. This is poetry that is informative, well researched, witty, and entertaining. Being human, I sometimes forget how truly small we are and how big we make those things closest to us. I would never have considered our sun small, but I never realized that other stars are MUCH larger. Do you think our tiny sun is even a noteworthy blip in a distant galaxy's night sky? wrong - anytime a fuel is burned ( natural gas, propane, wood,etc... ) this will produce carbon monoxide , or hydrocarbons. depending on the performance of the specific appliance, and or installation , this will affect the amount of carbon monoxide it can produce. a well maintained boiler is less likely to produce less carbon monoxide levels than a poorly maintained one. now if the pilot goes out , if has a 100% safety, this will shut off gas suplly to the boiler. and yes, no flame, no gas being burned, no carbon monoxide. all in all, burning a fuel will produce c.o.

Is there any way to 'trick' a system running an Intel Graphics Chipset into being Direct3d compliant?

My poor dumb roommate bought ready-built computer that is quite robust - Intel dual core @ 3.8 Ghz, 2 ghz ram, 300 gig harddrive - but has an Intel Graphics chipset, integrated and shared. Boo hoo. The girl wants to play games and on almost every game she is getting errors of 'no direct3d device found.' After some searching I realized that her comp has the Intel chipset and that is what was causing her her grief. To complicate the matter, any game that doe not require Direct3d is old, and she is running Vista (another boo hoo), so the backwards compatibility is low. Anyway, my poor dumb roommate is crying over this paperweight she bought and I'm just curious as to whether or not there is any work around available. For example, can I tweak something in the bios and maybe get better results? The comp is running vista premium with directx 10 just fine and renders 3D in non T&L applications just fine, so I'm really hoping that there's something that I can do.

I have read many books recommended by people and many of them I have had a really hard time finishing. Help for a generic formula for a stellar pattern.?

We were given a 6-stellar number and each next time in the pattern it is increasing by an increment of 12. for example, S2 = 12, S3 = S2 + 24, S4 = S3+ 36. S1 = 1 dot (the center vertice and all the patterns have that but I exempted them from the example). I have so far come up with the generic formula Sn = [(S_(n-1)) + 12(n-1)] + 1, but I need to come up with a generic formula to find any nth term, for instance the 100th term would require me to find the 99th term and so forth, so I need to come up with one that would replace the S_(n-1) with something else. I noticed that the next pattern in the series is increasing increments of 12 (S2 = 0, S3 = 12, S4= 36, S5 = 72 for the S_(n-1) term.) which is 12(1), 12(3), 12(6), 12(10),...Which is adding +2,+3,+4 to every timed increment. I cannot figure out the pattern still, could someone help me to find the generic formula?

TIPS on removing Blue/Green from Scuba Diving Photos?

Many of my deeper scuba diving photos are too blue/green to really see the colour of the fish/coral photographed on a 12M digital camera. Any tips on editing these colours? The smaller snake (Little less then a foot long) is still exceptionally people friendly to the point that he will even sleep with me if I am napping (He/She/It will wrap around my arm or snuggle under my chin and stay still), but has not eaten since we got him/her/it. Worried we took him to the pet store to see what tips the owner could give us. The owner prodded him a few times and pinched his skin on the fattest part of him and told us he was not dehydrated and was very active and alert so not to worry because fasting was common in snakes even if they were small. He also told us to keep trying so we stopped worrying. At one point we saw a mite in the cage again consulted the owner of the store and he told us how to clean the snakes and the cage. We did everything he told us and have not seen a mite since, this was about two and a half months ago. Since this happening the larger snake had eaten without any problem and appeared mobile and content. She had also shed a very healthy one piece skin. Which I was told was a sign of good/happy snake. However when my fiance and I returned the other night it was to find the larger snake on her back and smelling rather foul with the smaller snake appearing to cower in the corner away from her. (We had checked on them both the evening before and they had been fine, my fiance tells me she smelled so bad because we keep the cage at about 90) The smaller snake is still as people lovable and not eating but just as active as ever. My fiance tells me I'm buying more worry then I can afford but I am rather attached to the tiny guy and want to make sure he lives... A lot longer any one know what might have happened?

well, as a junior no body told me that you can take the SAT exam at all. i took the PSAT but not even my guidance counselor told me i can do that. now im doing college applications almost done and they are due by thanks giving. im waiting on my letters of recommendation. i signed up for the SAT exam for December 6. do you think my colleges would accept my late SAT scores? i couldn't take them in september or october or november because every time i would sign up on time, it tells me i cant because im past the due date. i called them and they just told me to try it again.

So I like a fool let her come to Arkansas and she stayed for 5 weeks.But called him everyday 10 or 12 times a day running up our bills. After she got here I was the one she treated like **** and Abused. She ordered me around, I was made to cook for her, clean her dirty laundry, Clean the toilet after she used it, Make her coffee, haul her around while she spent money on all sorts of junk. Told Lies to my husband and my son and his wife. And abused my grandchildren. And had poisoned 2 animals. Now 3 years later she called one night saying it was happening all over again. This time my nephew had abandoned her in Iowa he just up and left her. She was in an apartment without lights, no furniture, no food, noway to get to the doctor, I don't remember what all. Well then in September her son emailed me about If I knew where his mom was. She was missing when they came home from his Girlfriend mothers surgery. Their furniture had been repo'ed their light were shut off, Food had spoiled, And his mother missed her Mental Evaluation. And was noplace to be found. I said yes she was at my house. He said for ME to NOT let her start abusing me like she done him and his fiancee. I asked what he meant. And he said ordering them around. I said to late already started. She treats me like her slave. We told her in October to find a place to move. Again in November, and December. She refuses to go. Then I had Oral surgery and could not even take my perscribed medicine. Because she is talking doing things to my pills, or what would happen if I died. Or If I walked in and she was dead. Or how she is my husbands Companion I am just trash. She get a Disability Check but nothing is Medically wrong except she has a lard *** and is lazy. She sits on her duff all day other than to go out and smoke. Orders my husband and I what to cook and when to go to bed. What we are allowed to watch on Our TV. okay SO.Im 15, Ive just gotten over being sick. I had very swollen tonsils, they had some small white dots on them, but the doctor never said you have tonsilitis. I got put on some antibiotics because i had bronchitis at the same time, they were going to get rid of both, (I got a strept and mono test they were both negative by the way) these antibiotics got rid of the bronchitis but my tonsils never got smaller, so i go back to the doc, they put me on a second round of antibiotics, the white dots go away, my tonsils are smaller in size, good improvement, but, i was due for this immunization, i got off my second round of antibiotics the day beforei got my shot, day after, my tonsils are sore... is this just my body fighing the virus from my immunziation or what. i know i dont have mono or strept, i got a strept test twice....mono too. sooo should i call the doctor? none of the pain or swelling is severe.. im totally better besides that. advice is greatly appreciated (: thanks

disagree, he may have talent but i don't think he will be as good as Rodgers. Getting rid of pacifier......?

My son is 15 months old and I've heard from my mom since he turned one that he should be off the pacifier by one, along with the bottle. We had no problems getting rid of the bottles however the paci is a different story. He only takes it during nap and bedtime. When he wakes, if by chance he still has it in his crib he will hand it to me and I place it on his dresser. The paci never leaves his room and he never gets it at any other point during the day. He already sleeps with a blankie and a few stuffed animals so the option of replacing it is out! I tried to lay him down 2 days for nap without it and he screamed! I've never been one to let him cry himself to sleep so that's not an option for us. Is it possible that he will grow out of this?? Any advice?

Where am I going wrong?

im not the skinniest of people(ok im fat!)due to take aways,working long hours, not eating at regular times, nightshifts etc. i did no exercise other than being on my feet 13&a half hrs a day(im a nurse) so i decided to kickstart myself into losing some weight in a healthy way. started to eat a bit healthier, not eating after a certain time, 3 healthy meals a day(a typical meal day is bran flakes with semi skimmed milk for breakfast, lunch is a small bun with ham and salad in it and fruit and plenty of water, tea is a piece of salmon with pasta on an average day). I've even started riding my bike to and from work which kills me because I'm so tired but its the only kind of exercise I can fit in etc! Ive been doing this for 2wks and this wk alone I've gained 4lbs!!!! I don't look any slimmer, my legs,thighs,ocks etc feel firmer but I don't look like I've lost weight AT ALL!! my clothes don't feel like they are getting loose! my colleagues are saying muscle weighs heavier than fat but I'm not impressed with the fact that the scales are going UP not DOWN! they say I don't look like I've lost any weight either wen I ask them if I look like I've lost weight etc. so can someone please advise me where I'm going wrong&any advice please? any advice is appreciated! Would i still be allow in to Guelph university with a low english mark?

Ok so im in grade12 and i have already been accepted to Guelph University for a B.A in Geography. The acceptance letter said i only need a 70 average overall to stay in. i currently have a 77-79 average im not 100% but its high 70. Now the problem i have is i don't no if my english mark is enough to stay in. At midterm it was a 73 and now sadly it has dropped to a 68 and i still have my exam which is very hard with my teacher so im prepared to maybe drop to a 65. Now i have looked everywhere online to see if there is a requirement for your english mark, but it says nothing. As well the letter that i got in said nothing but me needing to p english there was no mark percentage. just my average needed to be a minimal of a 70 and i have at least a 77. I know this is long, but we live near Las Vegas and had company. Huge dilemma!!!! What to do? What to do?!?!?!?

I'm engaged. I'm getting married in less than a week to a wonderful guy. We've dated for 3 years. We'll call him Jared. Currently we live a couple hours away from each other so I won't be moving in with him till we're married. So last night I went out to eat with my best friend and roommate, Alex (yes he's a guy). My fiance went out with some of his friends. He doesn't have a problem with Alex and I being friends, since we have been friends for over 12 years (I'm 26 he's 27 - met in high school) and lived together longer than I've even known Jared (8 years). I've even slept with Alex before (not doing anything - just sleeping.. I hate being alone during a thunderstorm) Jared has never minded. He has a girl friend, Mandy that is like that for him. Well anyway, Alex and I went out last night for dinner and a couple drinks. We came home and piled up on the couch to watch a movie. I sat between his legs in front of him (we're long-ways on the couch) with his arms around me. This is normal. Half-way into the movie he leans his head on the back of mine and says 'I don't want you to move out'. I said 'I know.. I'll miss you'.. and he waits a few seconds and says 'I don't want you to get married.'.. I turn around to face him then and he says it again.. I ask him why and leans in and kisses me. That was the first time that had happened since I was 18. He was my first and I was his. We don't talk about that though. Anyway, I kissed him back. He stayed in my room last night - and we did not have . I think he thought I was asleep not long after we went to bed.. He was propped up behind me rubbing my arm and said 'I don't want you to get married because I love you.' Then he rolled layed down with his arm around me and went to sleep.. Now today, I don't know what the hell to do. I'm supposed to get married in 3 days and I've been thrown this curve ball.. Do I love Alex? Yes. I always have. I never have acted on it since the first night we moved in together though.. He never knew.. What am I supposed to do? I know I have to tell Jared. But how? He's going to think we've been doing this all along.. Help!

I injured my knee over the Summer AND got Pneumonia within months of each other. Prior to that, I worked out 5-6 days a week and I was also on a Roller Derby team which was 4 nights a week. After getting sick, and the injury, I gained 15 lbs and became lazy and depressed. Now, I am finally ready to take charge of my life again, but do not want to burn myself out. What would be a good work-out regimen that will not be overwhelming, but will give me results? And how long should I do that until I go full force again?

its in my 3rd from the right toothe on the bottom row. i dont think its a cavity because its not cold or sweet sensitive but i can literally poke the inside with a toothepick and it hurts lke heck. He is in the wrong here and you really should reconsider being engaged to him let alone marrying him. He has a good paying job, lives at home, no bills, no nothing pretty much to pay for except gas! Okay have a '98 Breeze, it was stolen and now that we have it back there seems to be a triggered security system that causes the interior/dash lights to blink or flash...what Im wondering is if there is any re-set on or mechanism to stop this and re-set the system??? For a good beatdown decks, the level 4 beatdown monsters has to have 1800+ atk points unless they have very good effects. I would say that you take out the axe raider and battle ox. You should also take out the D.D. scout plane, 1 just desserts, and 1 magic jammer. I would recommend that you get the Rise of Dragon Lords deck because they have some really strong monsters.
